Rear height too high after new springs

Shown below ive fitted eibach springs with Bilstein shocks, atm its sitting at 320mm front with 340mm rear measured from the centre cap to arch. I fitted them 2 months ago but still hasnt settled down. Any ideas? (Top is with lowering springs new shocks, bottom is old springs with leaky shocks)

tyres are not really helping matters
