Neutral safety (inhibitor) switch for automatic Mk1 Cabriolet

The neutral inhibitor safety switch in my 1985 Mk1 Cabriolet is failing and frequently will not make effective contact, requiring several firm shifts into the Park position. Any advice on where I could buy a replacement switch or perhaps information on whether the one in the car could be cleaned/repaired/adjusted? Thanks
