Need help :(

Driving down the road and I got the smell of burning, assumed it might be someone burning something in the area and then a few seconds later I got a metal on metal screeching noise, pulled over and my rear passenger side wheel hub was smoking, car didn't feel as if it was dragging a stationary wheel so I don't know wht this could be, plz help

Could be a brake shoe has come off? Similar happened to my lads Corsa the other week. The cup washer and spring that secures the shoe had come apart

Jack up the wheel and see if it spins freely, if not I guess there is something wrong with your brakes or wheel bearing take the drum off and have a look inside and look at the wheel bearings
