Anyone know much about these wheels??

Does anybody know anything about these wheels. They came on my mk1 gti, just wondered if they were rare or if they are something sold as a factory extra??? 

Any info on them would be helpful.

Just looked on the website that is in the bottom right hand corner and got the name, Alleycat Cheetah, don't seem to be many for sale but some were going for £150 a couple of years ago.
