Warm up regulator removal

Stupid question but is it just as simple as disconnect the 2 fuel lines and then the two cap headed bolts? The cylinder head is off at the moment so whilst its being skimmed im cleaning and painting most parts around to freshen it all up.

I dont want to remove it to strip it down as it ran fine before, unless its worth it?
