Milltek Classic....

Hi Folks,

On the hunt for a new exhaust and came across the new Milltek Classic range for the Mk1 Golf.

Are they worth the money over a Jetex, Supersprint etc??

I have one on my G60. I've had both the Jetex and powersprint / supersprint, the Miltek is by far the quietest if you have a 20v or g60. 

The fitment is perfect and has a 2.25" bore which is just right for my application. The tail pipe is detachable so it can be replaced easily if damaged.

If I was to buy another exhaust I would probably go custom as it would probably be cheaper than the Miltek

But I'm very happy with mine. Nice burble at idle and driving at sensible speeds nice and quiet, no boom. On the motorway as well at 70 there is no waaaaahh noise like the Jetex and powersprint.

When the go faster pedal is down there is a lovely roar.

All of the systems I've had were the 2 silencer variety for reference.
