Which live feed is best for connecting to the 3 vdo gauges. I'm going to be using a vdo oil temp gauge, vdo oil pressure gauge and vdo volt gauge.
I've seen suggestions for using G2, G3 or G5 which are on the back of the CE1 fusebox.
Which G spade terminal would people recommend to use for the live feed to run these gauges. This is on a 1983 mk 1 Jetta 1.6 gl with CE1 fuse box blade fuses.
Lastly what size connector and plastic cover will I need to fit onto the G spade terminal and also trying to find the small female connectors that fit onto the bulb assembly on each vdo gauge.
I've done some searching on the forum and om happy with the rest of the wiring required.
Thank you in advance

Just for future ref I went with G3 spade connector on yhe back of the guse box, all is working fine.
I used the live feed for the vdo lights from the grey/blue wire and also the earth for the lights. From what I assume is the old connector for the stereo
The vdo lights are also dimmable as its all from the dimmer switch above the lights switch.
