Random wiring questions about g60

I am planning my g60 conversion to my Jetta couple of questions
1. I need to wire in the lift pump can I use the the loom out of a gti cab and just swap over the loom from the Jetta as Jetta is carb model so only has 2 pin sender instead ? 

1. yes, the only part you need from a GTI is the 2 power wires for the fuel pump, the main power comes from E/14 which is dead easy to pick out, just use something thin down either side to lever the lock pegs in. the earth goes to the white spade block on the headlight loom, so easy peasy.

for the cabrio it also has the 3 pin level sender, to bring that over chaser the brown wire to source i think it goes to the earth claw above the fusebox. if it does, great just pull that out as well.

the purple/black a bit more tricky, this goes to the fusebox. these pins are a real git to remove, so what you may find is easier is to depin it from the 3 pin plug, swap the old wire ion. its a 2.8mm latched spade, pretty easy to get polevolt do them or mark carter at classic-vw can probably supply.

or you can just cut n splice if you prefer. mark can do you a ce1 pin tool as well, if you wanted to depin the purple/black fusebox end and swap it
