Isv clicking when I switch lights on

Hi all done a g60 conversion while messing about with dash light I noticed when I turned the main lights on the isv was clicking once quiet loudly I buzzed out the two wires too the isv an they didn't buzz out one read about 4000 the other 600 do u think the 12v is touching the earth somewhere or am I being too worried about nothing the car starts runs OK lights work OK

the ISV on my Cabriolet 1.8Digi runs or vibrates all the time.

It tells you how to test it in the Bentley, and it warns not to disconnect it while it is running.

I would suspect that you have a wonky ground wire somewhere,  If you didn't replace the engine to frame and frame to battery wire you may want to do that first.
