Remove the steering shaft covers 2 #2Phillips on the bottom of the covers.
Remove the steering wheel Mark the wheel to the shaft prior to removing. Do NOT remove the nut all the way. Leave it about 2 turns, then pull the wheel to you. Once the wheel is off the shaft, then remove the nut and the wheel.
Remove the adapter clip and spring.
Remove the Turns and washer stalks
Remove the allen that holds the upper bearing housing.
Remove the upper bearing housing
Remove the ignition switch connector
Remove the Phillips screw, remove the switch.
Going back Place a screwdriver in the bottom u-joint
and use a block of wood to lever it up with your foot, it is easier to get the spring and clip back on.
