G60 Rallye lambda wiring

As the title says I need some help with Rallye wiring I know it's not mk1 related but Need some help! I know from asking on dub force the white plug is the lambda loom as the Rallye one is different to PG G60's.  I don't have the loom between that and the lambda so I just need to know which wire should go to which pin so I can make a loom up! Finding bits for Rallye wiring hasn't been easy so far, cheers in advance for any help!

put black to black, whites to red/white and brown (either way round is fine) brown on the lambda side you can ignore its an earth for the car side of the loom, which you dont need for the rallye

I was tidying up the ecu earth to the rocker cover and found this lovely repair but also that this was connected to the rocker cover as well does it need to be? I'm guessing it's a shield/screening for the lambda but is the rocker cover the best place to re attach it?  

I assume it would be earthe3d to the lambda support bracket on the rear engine mount bracket same as it is on the normal G60 engines. any decent earth point will do you fine

Still having some issue with this, these wires are all wired in but now the car runs it's running really rich, it seems to be the lambda not working, I'm getting no voltage on the black wire from the ECU but continuity is good. I've also found the red/white wire is not connected to anything I'm guessing this is the heater feed? Will I need a lambda control module or relay to get this to work?

the red/white is the heater correct, factory it would go to E/14 on the ce1 fusebox. If your rear wirign loom is original then you'll find a spade with red/white wire on pin e/14 you can use for it.

this may be enough to sort your issue, if not there may be some other fault which is causing the ecu to go into limp, 1st check is blue temp sensor resistance and wiring back to the ecu

Thanks rubjonny. I've already checked the blue sensor and it had 230 ohms across it when cold and that went down when it was warm. Checked the continuity back to the ecu and that was good. Also checked the co potentiometer resistance changed with airflow across it when on the middle and outer pin. The co pot and the blue temp sensor had a good 5volts to them. Adjusting the co pot made no difference though and I'm guessing this still points at lambda? Could you also confirm the colour wires that go to the blue temp sender? I think the two plugs got swapped over at some point I think they're correct now, brown/green and brown/white goes to blue sensor? If I just put an ignition live to the lambda heater does it need to be fed all the time or is it only a warm up aid? 

thats not right, it should be about 5500ohm at 0 degrees, then drop to about 250 at 90 degrees?

coolant sensor should have a wire to pin 10 which is usually brown/green and the other to the common earth on pin 6

for lambda heater ignition live will do you fine
