Right sorted this out just wondering where I can pick up ignition live any suggestions? Ive used 2 & 5 of G spades already

Well vw used switched power….
I suspect that you could find a 30 Live run like at the Courtesy lamp wire but the issue is that you may want to run a new wire off the Battery as it has to be a good sized gauge as in 1.5 or even 2.0…..
I would fuse it either way.

Could you piggy back connectors?
Something like this?
