What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?
They all start with GOOD Grounds.

What I have is a 1984 Mk1 cabriolet.
Low level coolant alarm always RED,
Fitted a new probe and tested with 50% antifreeze, no change.
Checked the Heynes book should be Relay 18 but the relay in that position operates the windscreen washers?
Only one relay on the top bank
See actual relay and photo, Numbers on relays do not match anything I have

1. Still struggling with this low level coolant fault
Tried a new relay on the position noted above (left of 76A) did not work, had a 50% mix in test bottle in, do not see a fuse in that circuit ??.
Thoughts?
2. Next when trying to fault find the Generator Fault light came on?
Fuse number?
Relay number?
Thoughts
See photos
Any help appreciated

Angus
