What paint should I use for the Black Arch Spats on GTI Cab?

On my 1987 Cabriolet the passenger side front wing arch trim/Spats (plastic) was scuffed.  After rubbing it down flat, white material is showing.

I will touch this up with some spray paint - but is it a satin black or a mat black?

Thanks Briano1234. I had expected the spats to be the same color all the way through.
