VW Cabby - Bel-Air decals

Hi all,

Hoping someone can help me out with this.

My cabby is almost done after doing doing quite a lot of restoration. So the finishing details remain.

I have started mounting decals that's model specific for my car, which is a Bel-Air model.
The side decals have been mounted and it looks pretty good



So I have actually two questions , The first:

1. The set consists 8 parts. I have fitted alt the large pieces on the sides. Where do the two thin decals go? The ones marked in the pictures.




2. Looking for answers online, another question have made it's appearance. As the picture below, you can see a thin blue line on the bumpers. Does anyone know if this would be painted on?



I tried getting a bit smarter looking at the model page on cabby-info, but didn't have any luck.
