Small Metal Bumpers

Hi all,

I am ready to purchase some bumpers for my restoration so I really need some advice.

Flicking between CrazyQuiffs and VW Heritage it seems that there are polished aluminium, triple plate chrome, sunny climate chrome and stainless steel versions of the bumpers. Which are the best option? The stainless steel versions are the most costly with the triple chrome plated not far behind. Has anyone recently purchased any and can anyone offer their opinion on the best supplier?

I had some from werks34.de, the stainless steel version as did a few of us on here as a result of a group buy.

I thought my set was pretty decent. Not perfect but not bad for repros
