Sandblasting with a 50l 2hp compressor + pressure sandblaster tank

Is it hopeless?

I have some bodywork ahead of me on my 1977 complete resto project, which I'm going to start a separate thread on one of these days. I will replace the rot, but was also hoping to blast some of the surface rust and hard to reach areas, instead of relying on wire wheels etc. I am going to buy a compressor on around 50L anyway (2,5ish hp max, 16A fuse), and am considering to try an extra pressurized blaster tank like in the photo.

I've seen many projects on here that involves blasting, but I'm not sure what equipment people use..? Could anyone with a bit more experience tell me if blasting with a 50l compressor is hopeless or not?  Would it be better to take the time and use a point blaster/rubber nozzle instead?

I have yet to remove the tar-based undercoating, but there is definitely some rust to attend to. Not the worst though, as the car only has 90000km on it , and has been driven in central Norway were they don't use road salt fortunately..:) Screenshot from 2020-02-01 15-09-00.png

It'll do it but will take for ever on a single phase supply.

Maybe Ok for localised small patches but not a whole floor.
