Respray advice

Hi, my car is about to be painted and I remember a few people saying that a part of the slam panel and interior are meant to be Matt black? Can anyone show me a few pictures of these areas please.

These parts are mat on my car from the factory. 



I've not found any mat black anywhere else tho that I can recall. 

Inside of my front windscreen at the bottom near the dash is painted Matt black.
