Removing windscreen without cutting seal???

Is there a way of getting the windscreen out without cracking it or cutting the seal?

The easiest way is certainly to cut it out but seeing as you don't want to go down that route. From the inside of the car start to peal the rubber seal back from the top middle. When you pull the rubber it will naturally want to close up, feed into the opened area a piece of nylon rope thick enough to keep the seal open and keep going until the whole seal is done. Then push from inside one of the corners and move along until it starts going.
