Rear number plate attachment options

Hello,

I have some random dealer’s details along the bottom of my rear plate holder (91 cab). It doesn’t look very tidy so I was wondering what other people might have done? Ideally I’d just like to attach a plate with two screws or have a very minimalist surround to hold the plate in place.
