How do you fit new ones?
A bit of help please, just got some new straps for the parcel shelf from FunkStar.
How do you fit a square peg through a round hole?
Any tip would be appreciated.

Easy as that, eh!
Still quite a large section to go through, I shall try it.
Thanks

Had a little time this week to look at this, cut of the old ones out.
Had a go, the holes left are very small, soaked the straps in hot water to make them more supple but couldn't manage it.
Having another go today, but will take my parcel shelf off the car before doing so.

Thanks for all the tips guys, I managed to fit the straps yesterday , this is the method I finally used.
Before:
I used a length of heaver cotton and looped it through the hole of the strap and soaked it in boiled water. This makes the strap very supple.
This is an earlier photo, before I decided to use the cotton on the strap.
You have to work very quickly, feed the cotton and the strap through parcel shelf hole from underneath.
Don't pull too tightly on the cotton, you are only using the cotton to help guide the strap through the hole.
Once the strap loop is through the hole, pull on the body of the strap to finally position and lock the strap in the shelf.
