Sunroof
Sliding steel sunroof will not slide back level with roof after opening. The drivers side rear corner stays down as the plastic fitting on the cable has a piece broken off. Is the mechanism the same as a Scirroco as can't find replacement part for a Golf?

Yes should be the same, also mk2 Golf should work too, just make sure its not a tilt and slide part as I think they are different and some Sciroccos came with them

No Scirocco is tilt n slide so not the same though it will fit if you replace the lot, mk2 golf and polo are direct replacement though.
