Help with quad grille spots 89 cab..

Help please, I've a 89 cab with the centre spots in the grille. One of the glasses has broken so I'm looking for a new one.
I'm not wanting to put any non genuine ones on as trying to keep her original.
Struggling big time, but I've seen a quad grille on the mighty bay from a mk2. I know the grille won't fit but will the spots fit my grille?
After loads of pictures from the seller they do look identical but have different hella part numbers?

The fixings look to be the same??? Don't want to make the trip and shell out the cash if it's a dead end!!

They are left or right, and vwheritage usually sells them.

Yes it's getting there I can find out cost of postage if ur interested which side are u after and I can get u some pics if interested

ok will get the pics tomorrow for you and i will get the better half to get a postage quote on monday while im at work and depending on the postage price i will price the item accordingly as i would rather help some one out than rip ppl off and get as much money as possible as they will just sit there otherwise
