Refit needed with britax sunroof
Any help please! 1984 gti tin top with Britax pop up sunroof.
I do not have the headliner, so I want to put one in:
1. is a job for a professional or can a novice do it?
2. will a sunroof headliner fit a britax sunroof?
Thanks again!

There's a good video on youtube covering the install. Search Edd China Garage Revival. It doesn't cover your sunroof issue though.

If your sunroof isn't an OEM bit you're likely better off getting a standard headliner and removing and refitting the sunroof.
I just started mine, I don't think it's a task out of reach but it's going to take me some time to get it in right. I've got a heap of paper clamps to help get the fit up just right. The spray adhesive I have isn't very forgiving so it has to be right the first time.

You’ll need high temperature contact glue and use it out of a tin.
Spraying it you’ll have little control as where the glue goes.
Some glues won’t stand the heat and you don’t want the headliner flopping down.
