I fitted new side tension cables to my cabby roof, all went according to plan but when I refitted the thick rubber seals to the frame (the seals that go against the top of the door windows) I noticed that there's now a small gap.
Pretty sure that gap wasn't there before so I took them off and refitted them as tightly as I could. Same gap again on both sides.
Just wondering if anyone has any advice on what I'm doing wrong? I don't want leaky door seals as we head into autumn.

Well there are little itty-bitty seals between them and I always opened the top, and moved the seals to each other with the Palm of my hand.
When I replaced tops I use a good wipe of Vaseline or wd40 on the tray so that I can move the seals easily a wee bit left or right. I also use wd-40 on the seals them selves to clean them.

Thanks

I didn't notice those end-seals, I wonder if mine are missing?
WD40 is a good idea too, I'll give that a go this weekend.

I had a similar problem and I think I pushed the seal along so they where together.
I'll have a look tomorrow and see if I have the little end seal.

Mine were a bit of a mess so I cleaned them up and they fit perfectly now.
I made some new foam seals too, so everything looks much better.
