Which engine mount for ABF?

Need to put a new mount on my ABF as the old one is shot.

The one Ive taken off is part no 171 199 214 F VW stamped and looks like this:



Im led to believe that this is the right choice for the engine, but where can i get one from? Heritage just sell the G/K mount that looks like this:



And VWspares has no 'F' mounts in stock, only 'G/K' the same as heritage

Or is there a better option? Thanks,

Don't see any pictures, whats the f,  g/k mounts you mention?,  means nowt to me.

171 199 214 F is 1.8 gti/diesel one, G/K is for all other models including 1.6 gti. G/K are now NLA but F is available from vw at 24+VAT so buy  one from them

Pics were ok when I previewed Cheers, I thought this would be the case
