Vr6 conversion (clutch questions)

Rite ive got a Vr6 (whole car) for the conversion was just after some advice on the clutch side of things?!

I will be running the stock vr6 gearbox was wondering what my options are as in cable or hydraulic ect

Want to go the simplest route really.

not too hard to mod the hydro clutch into the pedal box, cable conversion from SEAT ABF and TDI fits fine. You need a 1.3 mk1 golf clutch cable  then trim the inner metal sheath down a bit otherwise its too tight
