Sourcing blanking bolts for MC conversion

Can anyone tell me where I can get 2 blanking plugs/bolts to block off the redundant outlets on a 4 pipe outlet 22mm MC? My local motor factor does not have them. I don't want to make any as I want it to look OEM.

Also, I take it that you need to use the reservoir off a mk2 16v to fit the new MC?

Got sorted people, for anyone who does not know (like me) VW Heritage are doing them (blanking plugs) and also do the reservoirs.
