Raised top mounts worth using

Been reading about raised top mounts are they worth using?been looking as well at top mount spacers are they any good as got some good top mounts already so they might be a good option cheers

If you mean spacers on top of the turret with the top mount then sitting on top, please don't, it puts all the stress/load on the 2 bolts then, not a the whole turret top which spreads the load.

Raised top mounts are good, but can only be used with coilovers, give the extra strut lowering and more travel but you can only go so far before hitting the chassis legs with the shafts.
