got the inlet manifold but dont know what crab can go on it
hello
i just upgraded my engine to a newer one [82 to 87 hydrolic lifters] and still with my 1b3 carb.
with the new enigne got a manifold that looks like it fits to a double carb [two holes]
can someone tell me what carb can go on a 049 129 713 FGO with what seems to have 4 holes on the top gasket?

The 1b3 is a single choke isn't it? the later manifold is probably for the 2e2 twin choke carb…

2E2 has 3 bolts. thats why im asking
2B has 4 and looks like its suppost to fit excespt a few tiny holes that get in the way to the gasket…

The 2E2 carb does indeed have three mounting bolts, but the rubber mount that attaches it to the manifold has four....

If your existing carb etc is working OK then keep it.
