can i use an ARZ engine to do a conversation?

I am preparing to do an engine conversion on my cabby in the summer, and my current daily is a mk4 with a 20vt arz code engine. which I was going to sell to fund the project, but then thought why sell a 20vt to buy a 20vt? when I know the history of this one and its complete and running.

however you don't see many people to a swop with this engine, is it due to the electronic throttle body (cant this be over come) or is there anther reason?

you hear people say the agu is the strongest but surely the arz is an agu but with the fly by wire?
