Was looking for 1.8t agu engine when these came along and i remember rubjohny saying that it wasn't any more difficult to fit the BAM engine than an AGU, other than expense, so why not.
So seller also has more tt parts available so I'm asking if I need anything from him??. Ive read about the other parts needed for the conversion so all good there.
I appreciate you advice. Thanks

The sump was damaged in transit but I read a shallow sump us better. Is that a ground clearance issue?Theo/clipper said
Hi. I bought the Engine, actually I bought 2. BAM+APX for cheap money. BAM was said to be running fine when removed along time ago (fingers crossed) APX was apparently not running well but came in with the deal. I'm using the BAM.

Great, thanks very much.DANBOY said
tbh I would use a mk4 golf gti or mk4 diesel gearbox and just get the shifter from the same car

Would you say the shifter on the tt is similar to the golf gti? If so, i'll can have it from the fella breaking up the tt.
