2L 8v Turbo Crossflow Troubles

Rough!!!
Im having a serious problem with one of my ladies!! and I am now dumbfounded by this.
1.) Firstly it takes me about 15min to start her up in the morning, but once she has started i can switch her off and start her up all day no problem, but when she has been left over night its a battle to start her again.
2.) If standing and idling i can rev her up no problem so much so that the turbo starts dumping, but as soon as i drive her she runs rough and misses terribly. any ideas what the cause could be??
the setup is as follows, 2pin coil / 2L dizzy / 550cc injectors / Fuelk pressure regulator set to 2bar.

2 bar is a bit low; you may not be getting a decent spray pattern.
550cc is quite high; what power are you aiming at?
I think most injector's flow rates are specified at 3 bar and 100% duty cycle.

Im using a Mr Turbo aftermarket fuel managment. Here is South Africa there are basically 4 main managments
1. Mr Turbo
2. Spittronics
3 Dicktator
4. Gotech
Im dumbfounded as to how to get her to run smooth

i would start ito plug in a laptop so you can see real time data from the ecu, if possible? so lookign at coolant temp, rank position, that kind of thing just to make sure all sensor inputs are good
