1.8T Management

Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question.

Do i run just the ECU as management, like plug loom into fuse box and ECU and then the car starts? Someone asked me about 'what management i was going to run' and its something i never considered etc.

Any help appericated guys 

I will be running the standard ECU that came with my 18T. I've had to get Rubjonny to splice together my mk4 and mk1 looms. The ECU will need the immobiliser deleted along with some other stuff that isn't needed. I believe a guy called Toyotec on Clubgti is the man to see for your ECU.

Thats what i was thinking myself, yeah ive been talking to rubjonny also and he said his name and deleting immobiliser
