I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE FIRST POST  THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME. TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF I PAID A DEPOSITE OF £80 THEN 4 WEEKS LATER I HAD TO CANCEL .THEN THEY CHARGED ME ANOTHER £50 CANCELLATION FEE  SO IN TOTAL IT COST ME £130 FOR 4 WEEKS COVER , ON A PREMIUM OF £242 A YEAR. I REFUSED TO PAY THE CANCELLATION FEE AND WAS HOUNDED BY THEM NIGHT AND DAY CALLS AT 9PM AT NIGHT ASKING WHEN I WAS GOING TO PAY  .  YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!!

Bloody rip off merchants !!!
I'm having asame with them at the moment and also having issues with new insurance as they are asking for docs I can't provide as I don't have them the previous owner doesn't have them and I can't get them reproduced !!!!!

Is ware after this term with them it doesn't matter if they were £900 cheaper than the next company I would pay more to not have to deal with them !!!

So i am in the market for GTi insurance and got a quote for 2400 a year never had a conviction been driving for 26 years no claims . They were listing things i had no use for free punture repair to stereo replacement . I understand all these add ons are handy for some but a 30 year old classic car does not need screen coverage for more than the screen is worth LOL  . I haven,t even got a car yet and there was the hard sell to get me to buy , seems totally fishy to me .
 I could not sleep paying half the cost of the car in insurance .

I rang to cancel the Corrado's policy today. Six months into a policy that cost £572 and they offered me a refund of £16!

Managed to wrangle a transfer of vehicle out of them for 1/4 the cost of a new policy, so at least I can finish my year of no claims. Then I'll be gone like a shot.
