Need help vs finding solex 31 pict 7 repair kit.

Hello guys, i am Gleb, from Israel, owner of 1982 golf mk1 1100 cc that i bought 4 month ago.
the car is not in very good mechanic condition and now i'm trying to solve some problems.
it's couple of weeks that i'm trying to find repair kit for my carburetor that now out off the car (and after cleaning him), i can't drive the car because of it.

i need repair kit for the carburetor, also i need the cut off valve for the carburetor. i found only one kit on ebay for the specific carburetor but the price is to high! ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/190400311118?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 ). also find some stores online vs better prices but the shipping cost is to high (28 euro for the kit and 72 euro for the shipping!!)

there also this kit for the solex 31 pict 5 ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/Solex-Pierburg-31-PICT-34-PIC-Verg-Rep-Kit-Audi-VW-usw-/350191556233?pt=DE_Autoteile&hash=item51890b1689 ) vs better price and looks that it could fit but i'm not sure about this…

also i need cut off valve for the same carburetor…

Hi mate, i had the same problem not too long ago, i ended up getting one for the 31 pict 4 carb but have only swapped in the main gasket, had to cut out part of it slightly for the float but fitted fine after that, not sure on any of the other parts though.

in my carburetor the main gasket is the only one that seems o.k, the rest of the gaskets in bad shape :-(

I picked one up from these guys Gower and Lee, it was a bit pricey but it was worth it to get exactly the right parts, it had everything I needed except for one thing which once i asked them they kindly sent me for free might be worth giving them a try?
