Mk1 golf mk2 1300cc engine

Hi guys I'm currently putting a mk2 1.3 golf engine into my mk1, but I've snapped the key way on the crank pulley, does anyone know anywhere I could get one from, I have tried vw heritage and they do do them but they take 3-4weeks and I could do with it ASAP as its the only thing stopping the engine going in! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Scrappy, possibly eBay, but you might have the same problem getting one off.

In other news, why are you swapping a 1.3 engine with the same?

Because small block!

small block is the way forward - i'm currently designing a sticker for it - something along the lines of… I know my engines small, but i'm not making up for anything…

oh and by the way i ended up ordering it vwheritage so this thread is redundant now!
