Mk1 1100

Hey I just got myself a Mk1 with a 1100 motor . Would just like to know what can I do the make it run more effectively  or what upgrades can be done ?  Don't want to do an engine swap because I already have another Mk1 with a swapped motor . So initially I just want to give the motor a better response .And any pics of them with shaved bay or evens just a wire tuck ?  Don't get much on the Internet with this 1.1 motor's  just get some pics with bike carbs.  

As with any internal combustion engine the upgrades are the same.

1 basic service,  oil change, plugs, points, cap, rotor , air filter.

2, bolts on's,  k&n filter, electronic ignition (pertronix 2) performance plug wires/coil

3, better flow exhaust manifold and mufflers, ported head, upgrade cam, bigger carb/FI. light fly wheel

lighter than stock steel ,alloys wheels will also help
