1.1 Remove camshaft bolt??

an easy one i hope, how would be the best way to go about removing the camshaft bolt on these so that i can replace the camshaft oil seal?

Doesnt seem to be a way of holding into the camshaft like i would have expected?

If you look along the length of the camshaft you'll find a cut-out the takes a open faced spanner, that will allow you to lock the camshaft while you undo the nut.

that is what i thought, but my c spanner just keeps spinning off.

might be the cheap c spanner flexing thought …
