I no longer have the Mk1!! I now whizz round in a Black 1990 3dr Mk2 GTi 8v but the roof doesn't fold back when the sun shines

Well mixed feelings here, on the one hand I'm very happy you enjoyed our funny little town, on the other wish I'd been there!
That is without doubt the coolest B&Q car park has ever looked!!

How'd you like the lights? Dont sit too long in traffic or you'l end up with bulbs all over you!! You saw what happened to the poor tram drivers! !

Nice to meet you all on Friday night.
Had a great time! Same time next week??
Took the car down to E38 and VW Power this weekend and made it back without a hitch. Starting to think my little GTi is invincible!!! (famous last words)
I'll keep a lookout for future meets. See ya soon!!
