wheel weights

Anyone know what the lightest wheels are for the mk1 ? I'm talking cheapish and something i can get 2nd hand, nothing magnesium etc!
It would be nice to have a list of the weights of alloy and steel wheels to make my decision from. I heard there was campaign wheel option that was really light??

Also, what size (13,14,15,16etc) do people think works best handling wise and getting the power down?

9 spoke GTI alloys are dead cheap and light!

They come in a 13" size only don't they Rich?
Would i be better off with a set of 14s or 15s for handling reasons? Or whats the widest tyre width you can safely get on these rims?

I know someone who'll sell me some orig 13" gti rims for ?60 with tyres. Would they be considerably lighter than my 13" steels? i'd guess they must be.
