Warped discs

Anyone know why I keep getting warped front-right brake discs? The last disc has done about 10miles before showing signs of warping  
 I tried cleaning and greasing the caliper guide bolts and other contact points. Could it be that the piston isn't retracting fully casuing excessive heat build up? New caliper?

Stuck calipers should be relatively easy to diagnose - go for a run, then back home jack the car up and try spin the wheel, if its hard to turn….or even on the road, does it coast to a stop or feel like light braking (stops quicker)? The final proof would be whipping the wheel off and feeling the temperature of components.

It could be misdiagnosis and a suspension component at fault??
