Tyre pressure doesn't make any difference to tyre noise - that's mainly governed by the kind of rubber compound (the softer, the less squeal you get). I'd say stick to stock initially, but a little lower in proportion to how much wider over stock, would be okay. Make sure the rears are not too low too. Basically, the lower the pressure, the better grip, but faster wear and more possibility of coming off the rim. And once you reach a certain pressure, the tyre becomes unevenly deformed and will wear its edges (or middle if overinflated).

so is 32 ok? thats what mine are on, if i go any lower the steering is so stiff?

Well the standard pressures are something like 26 and 29. So 32 is a little high but still acceptable, if you like your steering light.

My tyres squeeled round the slightest corner when my tracking was out (after fitting different suspension). Just a thought, if different pressure doesn't cure it.
