Suspension???

I could do with your ideas on suspension. Mine is broken and needs replacing, but in the short time away from golfs 4000 different companies have sprung up selling suspension kits. At the moment the car has coilovers but have no idea what make they are. My car is a rally car but mostly used for track days so I need some sort of adjustability and strength.
So what do you guys run?
Also any info on solid top mounts.
