mk1 Cabby Tyres?

I've just managed to get hold of a set of 9 spokes for my cab for a tenner!(I'm trying to return the car to standard) but I'm unsure what size tyres this would have come with originally? Has anyone any ideas?

I think the 13" rims should have 185/70 profile tyres as standard

13inch 9 spokes should have 175/70/R13's. You can get away with 185s if you want, but I would go for 185/65's as the height of the tyre wall is expressed as a % of the width and 185/70's will look to big and may mess your speedo up.

Sorry for the mistake, it was just off the top of my head. My car is fitted with 185/60 R14's.
