How to adjust gear linkages
On my mk1 golf, i have changed all the gear linkage bushes and washer. Since doing this and putting the gear linkages back together i am unable to select any gears at all.It has a mk2 gti 8v DX K Jet engine and gearbox.
can anyone please let me know how to adjust them or is there any guide or info on how to adjust them??

as long you have mk1 linkages fitted then its a case of turning the linkage on the splined part. held in place by a 13mm nut and bolts. adjust, check, adjust, check etc etc.
