how old are they, the original hot tuning coilies had raceland internals - very bouncy - now they have TA Technix which are as harsh…

All coilovers are bouncy tho, I have the hot tuning one son my passat and mk1, the passat is smooth as silk, but its a heavy old beast, and the mk1 now settled down is much bouncier, but not too harsh….

what clearance issue you having up front, tyres rubbing on springs or the arches??

Cabs are rock hard on the rears, I had raceland ones on a cab and it felt like it was going to pop my spine.

They are really poor, waste of 200 quid TBH.  I had 1 set on my car for about an hour, the only travel i had was in the side wall of the tyre at the back.

Why do you think you see soo many 2nd hand sets floating around? It really isn't a one off, people buy then and realise how bad they are and after a short time they ebay them due to the shocking quality.  Not many KW or FK sets appear within 6 months of use, but the non branded sets are always about.

My advice would be to take them off and either spend more on a proper set or get a 30mm lower boge kit from GSF.

Sorry no real easy solution.
