Gearing Problems
Hey Everyone im new at this so plaese excuse me
I have just baought myself a MkII Golf GTi 1800 8V off a close friend of the family it is in mint condition but i have had problems with the gears.
When stood still the car will go into every gear easily but once on the move gearing down becomes quite a problem sometimes as in it wont go into gear at all BOOOOOO!
If anyone has any info on what i can do about this apart from replacing the gearbox it would not go unappreciated!!
Also any info on how to lower my cluch would be good too as it is very high at the moment, as in my peadel is pretty much all the way up before the cluch conects!
