gear box rumble
need help with my box. when i put it in neutral the gear box makes a rumbling/grinding noise, when i put my foot on the clutch the noise dissappears,i recently put a new clutch in due to the push rod oil seal going and throwing oil everywhere in the bell housing, when i took the box out i found that the push rod was slightly bent,i straightened it and re fitted it
ops: .it has had a new thrust bearing and i have changed the oil, could it be the push rod bush and rod that is causing the noise.i have seen for sale a gearbox bearing in gsf what is this and could it be the problem,is it hard to change,i am taking the box out to do the bush and oil seal and push rod(cant trust the seal with the rod being bent, clutch cost too much) please help

not to bothered about taking the box out as i work in a garage and have a pit and all the tools so it only takes me 45 minutes to get it out,i think it might be possible to get the bush out via the thrust bearing end cap with a piece of 10mm stud bar
