Currently have jamex suspension but dont know ride height?

And i want to lower the car slightly as i want to get rid of the gap betweent the arch and tyre. so how do i know what the ride heght is?
looked up jamex website and they have 25mm, 35mm and 40mm and 60mm but i dont have any idea what mine are!
any ideas how to tell?
heres a pic if that helps?

the tyre size is 185x45 by 15" alloys

Measure from centre of wheel to wheelarch, and compare against a standard car.

that would be good if i had a spare standard car which is 'standard' ride height.

Someone on here does though! Its come up a number of times previously, a search should be able to find similar threads, and the measurement of a standard car.

I got told standard height was 360mm! Measure from centre of the wheel, to the lip of the wheel arch! Your car looks just right with the ATS cups on it!

yes it did sit right with cups as the tyre size was 50 and rubbed like mad so changed them when changed alloys and now theres a gap.
